Community's annual Garage Sale is scheduled for April 26-27, sponsored by the Missions Team. Proceeds will support local and global mission ministries.
Hours will be Friday (April 26), 7 a.m.-2 p.m. and Saturday (April 27), 7 a.m.-noon. The sale will accept cash - we are unable to accept checks or credit cards.
Donations are now being accepted up to the week of the sale. We're looking for gently used items. Donations are being staged in the basement. Take the elevator to the basement and go to your right after getting off the elevator. Follow the hallway all the way to the open door and go into the door on your the right.
Accepting: household items, decor, linens and bedding, bicycles, small appliances, furniture, books, toys, games, puzzles, golf equipment, sporting goods, luggage, mowers and grills.
Sorry, we will not accept metal desk, TVs, computers, monitors or printers, exercise equipment, fax machines or broken items. We are not taking clothing. However, clothing may be taken to Behind the Scenes Ministries.
We can arrange furniture pickups within a 10 mile radius of the church with an appointment.
A tax receipt is provided for all donation on request.
You can also help prepare for the sale. Pricing items begins March 13. We are meeting weekly to price items on Wednesdays and Thursdays 9:30-11:30 a.m. We will follow this schedule until the week of the Garage Sale. At that time we will schedule times to meet daily until the days of the sale. All are invited to come join us as we prepare for our annual sale which supports local and global missions.
